Refund Policy

All purchases made for online consultation services are non-refundable. Once a consultation is booked and payment is successfully completed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

However, rescheduling of the consultation is allowed if the request is made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled consultation time. Requests made within 24 hours of the scheduled time may not be accommodated.

By completing the purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this refund and rescheduling policy.
